| Organically-grown 100% Syrah with a high leaf to fruit ratio to preserve the high acidity and freshness. Harvested by night last week of August, macerated with skins for 12 hours to extract colour and aromas, then fermented for 20 days. Fresh, ripe red fruit aromas, a dry rose perfect with rice, pasta, grilled seafood, spicy food, summer salads.
