| Carefully selected 60% Verdejo and 40% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the coolest high-altitude vines, harvested at night last two weeks of August and then fermented at low temperature for over 30 days, 4-6 months on fine lees with regular batonnage. Fresh and crisp with intense citrus, lime and tropical notes and a persistent finish. Ideal with grilled fish, seared scallops, chicken, rice dishes, light salads.
