from average 20 year old vines on south facing slopes of llicorella
soil. Harvested during the first week of October, average
yield per vine 2kg.. It was macerated 24 hours with skins,
aged 5 months in stainless steel tanks ‘sur lie’, and bottled the following June. Bright
golden yellow, aromatic, concentrated. Intense
richness of tropical fruits - pineapples, lychees,
honeyed and buttery with great body and lingering finish.
Production: 6,000 bottles.
