Albariño achieves its finest quality thanks to the properties
of the soil and a perfect orientation and exposure to the
sun. 55% of the Lágrima (tear) must is extracted by
a light pressing. Following a thorough pre-clarification, the
must is transferred to stainless steel fermentation vessels,
where it remains ten days at a controlled temperature of 17.5°C. After fermentation, the wine is cold-filtered, stabilised
and subsequently bottled.

quality aromas of green apple, tropical fruits like pineapple,
and peaches. Superbly rich and deep structured,
offering melon, mineral and honey flavours and a long, smoky,
glyceric, persistent finish, with perfect acidity. 12.5% abv.
