Albariño achieves its finest quality thanks to the properties
of the soil and a perfect orientation and exposure to the
sun. 55% of the Lágrima (tear) must is extracted by
a light pressing. Following a thorough pre-clarification, the
must is transferred to stainless steel fermentation vessels,
where it remains ten days at a controlled temperature of 17.5°C. After fermentation, the wine is cold-filtered, stabilised
and subsequently bottled.
Clean, bright, elegant lemon yellow colour. Intense and expressive nose with high
quality aromas of green apple and tropical pineapple
and peach fruit. Superbly rich and deep structured,
offering melon, mineral and honey flavours and a long, smoky,
glyceric finish, with perfect acidity. 12.5% abv.
