Albariño,
the very best grapes from 35 year old vines, hand-picked into boxes of 20kg, followed by a meticulous
pressing to give an excellent quality must. Stainless steel fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 15 days. When fully fermented, all the wines are decanted to separate the dregs, followed by the ‘coupage' of the various vats. The wine is then stabilised, filtered and bottled, after passing through a microbe-free filter process to ensure that the wine is preserved in the bottle in perfect condition.
Clear, brilliant,
straw-coloured with green glints. Intense, tropical aromas of mango and passion fruits, apples and citrus notes together with white flowers and a saline background. In the mouth, a perfect combination of fruity and floral notes, in which apples, citrus fruits and stone fruits like apricots combine with the freshness and glyceric fullness of the Albariño and its saline point and a touch of minerality which balance perfectly with the wine’s silky body and structure.12.5% abv. Perfect with shellfish and with spicy Asian cuisine.
