| Hand-harvested Tempranillo from clay-chalky soils, gently de-stemmed without being pressed. Placed in 25,000 litre stainless steel tanks and left to ferment at a low temperature of 15°C. Attractive cherry red colour with purple rim. Fragrant nose with scents of undergrowth and red and black berry fruit. Tasty, rounded, smooth, primary red berry, violet fruits with a pleasant finish. Perfect with charcuterie, pastas and grilled meat.
