A careful selection of the very best Estate grapes: 20% Monastrell’s roundness from 54 year old vines, 70% Cabernet Sauvignon’s aromatic elegance and 10% Tempranillo’s richness reflect the uniqueness of the terroir and the spirit of the family tradition. After the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wines are selected for blending before ageing 12 months in French oak barrels.
Very intense, deep dark black cherry colour. Powerful and elegant on the nose with aromas of black and red fruits, dark chocolate enriched by toasty and spicy notes. Very full on the palate, fresh herbs and ripe fruits, some balsamic notes, hints of chocolate and coffee, well structured with toasty notes, liquorice and spicy flavours all well-knitted together leaving a memorable finish.
