Reds produced from Spanish varietals: Tempranillo, Cariñena, Graciano, Garnacha, Garnacha Tintorera, Mazuelo and Monastrell, and sometimes from or blended with French varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah Whites from Spanish varietals: Airen, Albariño, Garnacha Blanca, Verdejo and Viura; and French varietals: Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay Traditional Brut Cava from a coupage of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada.
