100% Tempranillo, aged in oak barrels for 9 months after fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. Deep red colour with purple notes. Aromas of mature red fruit, soft tannins, a wine with good balance and persistence. Perfect with all meats and cheeses.
