100% Organic Macabeo, from 30 year old dry-farmed, bush vines. Traditional method, contact with skins for 4 hours and then must fermented in just two separate French oak barrels of 300 litre capacity followed by malolactic fermentation and regular batonnage for 200 days resting on lees. Yellow golden in colour with aromas of passion fruit, mango, lychee, papaya combined with a certain smokiness. Fresh acidity, green apples, citrus, grapefruit, toasted undertones, yogurt and crème fraiche, long, refreshing and persistent on finish. A flagship white wine of this predominantly red wine denomination. Very limited production of 2000 bottles.
