Trilogía Blanco comes from a careful selection of the very best grapes from 10 year old vineyards: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Muscat and 20% Verdil. A cold malolactic fermentation for 3 days at 2°C is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for the Muscat and Verdil and in French oak barrels for six months for the Sauvignon Blanc.
The balance of the three grapes brings freshness, acidity and aroma to the wine, giving it a citric and elegant taste. Abv 13.5%
