100% Mencia hand-harvested from 50 year old vines aged 10 months in French and American oak barrels. Bright cherry colour with purple rim. Blackberry and blueberry aromas with balanced smoky cedar, spicy and mineral notes. These red fruit notes transpire onto a silky smooth, mouth-wateringly juicy, herbal rounded palate leaving a fresh aftertaste. Best served at 18°C. Ideal with roast meats, blue fish and mature cheeses.
