All our wines are offered subject to availability. However we reserve the right to replace an out of stock wine with a wine of equal or greater value.

We have made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is both accurate and current. We take no responsibility for information that is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. We also reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

Secure payment facilities
All orders and credit card details are processed securely through (www.paypal.com).

We are fully committed to the Data Protection Act 1998 and are dedicated to the privacy of your information.

All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any other party. The only information we require includes - your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (confirmation of your order is sent there). Delivery
Mainland UK only.
An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you on dispatch of the goods.
Allow 14 working days from the date of our confirmation of the order.
Non-delivery should be reported to us 19 working days from the date of our confirmation of the order.

Claims
Damaged/Incorrect Goods - claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
