Harvest method: Manually in boxes of 15kg
Vineyard: El Consul (7 ha), La Misela (3 ha), Terrazas (7 ha)

Varieties: 60% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo, 10% Garnacha, 20% Others
Elaboration: Classic with destemming
Fermentation: In 10,000 Kg stainless steel tanks, 11 days at 30 degrees C
Macerations: Daily remontage and pumping. 14 days skin contact after fermentation
Treatments: Clarifying? No
  Filtering? No
Ageing: Once decanted, and the malolactic fermentation concluded, the ageing period began in January 2006
Barrels: 160 new Russian oak barrels (made by Seguin Moreau)
Racking: The first 2 rackings every 4 months, then every 6 months
Total ageing: 23 months

January 2008 and released June 2009

Alcohol: 14%
Total acidity 5.80 gr/l tartaric
PH: 3.40
