Treatments: Clarifying? No clarification nor filtration used to keep the wine as natural as possible

Ageing: Once decanted, and the malolactic fermentation concluded, the ageing period began in January 2005
Barrels: 30% new American oak barrels, 40% American/French/Russian oak barrels (1 wine), 20% new French oak barrels, 10% new Russian oak barrels (made by Seguin Moreau and Murua)
Racking: The first rackings every 5 months, then every 6 months
Total ageing: 23 months
