Zuri, and 30% Hondarribi Beltza, Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and and Petit Courbu, from 10-20 year-old vines.This light and crisp wine is fermented in stainless steel and bottled with residual carbon to give its very slight signature natural spritz. Only indigenous yeasts are used so that the grapes reflect the true qualities of the unique grey chalky clay soils and site.
Very bright pale yellow, lemon colour, with green tinges. A floral nose with hints of wetstone gives way to a crisp palate of granny smith apples, pears, citrus, limes and apricot, soft and smooth, delicate, refreshing with signature natural spritz. Perfect with pintxos or a plate of almonds, olives and anchovies! 12% abv.
