40% Tempranillo,
selected grapes from 40 year old vines, aged 14 months in
American barrels, 12 months in bottle. Deep ruby red colour,
fine aromas of red fruit on the nose with toasty notes. On
the palate a harmonious combination of mature rich red fruit
with spicy, balsamic tones and smoky oak flavours provide
a wine of intensity and complexity with well integrated soft
tannins and a lingering, satisfying finish.
