| Sanamaro
is the latest wine in the range. 95% Albariño
and 5% Loureira
from the highest part of the valley. It is made from over-ripe
Albariño and a little Loureira is added to give the
wine more freshness and more herbaceous flavours. It is subject
to the process of batonnage, spending three months on the
lees in stainless steel tanks and then bottled and released
after 6 months. A bright yellow straw colour, stronger in
colour than the Pazo San Mauro, powerful honey nose, very
full and fragrant in the mouth, with rich chunky tropical
fruits, pineapple, mangoes and honey notes, good acidity,
with an elegant finish of great persistence.
