Gran Reserva red wine of great distinction made from 30 year
old 100% Tempranillo
vines. Following a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature
in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged 24 months in American(80%),
French(15%) and Hungarian(5%) oak, and a further 36 months
before the wine is released. Garnet red colour with pale rim.
Alluring, opulent, cherry, toasted vanilla nose. Very full
with mature strawberry fruits, almonds, black pepper, vanilla and spice
on the palate, rich phenols, glycerine and well-structured tannins, great depth and intensity of flavours leaving
a very appealing, enduring aftertaste.
