Garnacha,

aged 8 months in French and American oak. Fermentation takes
place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of
26 deg.C. using autoctonous yeasts, with maceration lasting
between 20 to 32 days, followed by a pressing of between 60-65%
extraction.The wine is then transfered to barriques where
the malolactic fermentation takes place if it has not already
occurred. Deep purple plum colour, pronounced aromas of red
berry, blackcurrant fruit, toasted vanilla. Full-bodied, firmly
tannic with fleshy layers of plum, red berry and redcurrant
fruits, on a background of vanilla, smoke, herbs, spices and
minerals. Long clean finish. 14.0% Vol. On request, Fra Fort
may be banded into 2 x (6x75cl).
