Aged 10 months in oak barrels, 70% Allier,Troncais and Central France and 30% Tennessee American. No fining, stabilization or filtration. Inky purple, enticing perfume of cedarwood, pencil lead, spicebox, minerals, blueberries, violets, black cherries leap from the glass of this deep, medium-bodied, seriously-endowed, rich, well-structured wine.
