Monastrell from sandy, calcareous soils.
A deep ruby/purple-tinged colour with abundant amounts of
blackberry and cherry fruit on the nose, with hints of black pepper and spices. Rounded, medium-bodied, with bramble, blackberry fruits, and hints of pepper balanced with light tannins. Good with barbecues, stews, tapas, rice and pasta dishes.
