30% Moscatel
from average 18 year old vines on south facing slopes of llicorella
soil. Harvested during the first week of October, average
yield per vine 1.5kg.. It was macerated 2 days with skins,
aged 5 months ‘sur lie’, and bottled May 2005.
Bright golden yellow, aromatic, concentrated peach nose. Intense
richness of tropical fruits - pineapples, lychees and peach,
honeyed and buttery with great body and lingering finish.
Production: 4,000 bottles.
