Negre from 15 year old vines with yields of 1 kg per vine.
Fermentation and crianza in 3 year old barrels of 500 litres
during three months on its lees.
Intense red colour. Lovely aromas of red fruits with liquorice and lactose combined with strawberries, raspberries, balsamic notes. On the palate, it is rich and full with balanced acidity, hints of spice, aniseed, mature red fruits with a persistent finish. Production: 1200 bottles.
