one of the noblest and oldest varieties in the world, this
Syrah wine is aged 6 months in American oak barrels. Dark
cherry colour, almost violet. Aromas of blackcurrant predominate
with hints of blackberry and pepper and spices. Rich, powerful
and well structured. Suited to pasta, poultry and lightly
dressed salads.
