Produced from 100% Syrah, hand-picked and selected. Controlled yields of 1-1.5 kilos/vine from their 3 hectare vineyard. Aged 6 months in French oak Radoux cooper casks of 300 litres. Black cherry with purple rim, balanced fruit aromas, very rich, soft and rounded berry fruit, very full on palate, rich tannins, spicy, herbal tones, bug structure, long and lingering. 13% Vol. Total production 6,000 bottles.
Deep almost opaque black cherry in colour, elegant and intense berry fruit on the nose, voluptuous and rich in the mouth with very concentrated ripe blackcurrant and blackberry fruits harmonising perfectly with the toasted new oak flavours, a great and full finish with tannins prominent in the background.
