38% Cabernet
Sauvignon and 12% Garnacha,
aged 12 months in American and French Allier oak casks, and
18 months in bottle. The first wine of the house which well
reflects the exotic terroir and its remoteness from recognised
wine-making regions. 13% Vol.
Cherry ruby, intense bouquet of mature fruit and a great variety
of spices (clove, peppers and red peppers). Very rich, intense
and mature fruit flavours on the palate with oily characteristics,
very rounded, almost creamy, and a very long and elegant finish.
