| Made
from 100% selected Albariño from the O Pucha Estate
where the Albariño
grapes achieve their finest quality thanks to the properties
of the soil and a perfect orientation and exposure to the
sun. 55% of the Lágrima (tear) must is extracted by
light pressing. Following a thorough pre-clarification, the
must is transferred to stainless steel fermentation vessels,
where it remains ten days at a controlled temperature of 17.5
deg.C. After fermentation, the wine is cold-filtered, stabilised
and subsequently bottled.
Clean
and bright wine with a pronounced elegant lemon yellow colour.
Very intense and expressive nose, with long lasting, high
quality aromas of green apple, tropical fruits like pineapple,
and peaches. On the palate, it is superbly rich and deep structured,
offering melon, mineral and honey flavours and a long, smoky,
glyceric, persistent finish, with perfect acidity. An outstanding
wine. 12.5% Vol.
