| An
excellent classic Rioja Alavesa red wine made from a careful
selection and vinification of Tempranillo
grapes with a small amount of Graciano.
This quality Crianza is aged in the traditional way, 12 months
in American oak barrels and 12 months in bottle before its
release. Dark cherry in colour, aromatic, fresh strawberry,
raspberry fruits harmoniously blended with hints of spices
and noble wood on the nose. Rounded and very smooth, rich,
beefy, full of ripe, juicy raspberry fruit and herbs, well
integrated with toasted vanilla undertones, elegant structure,
soft tannins and a persistent and long finish. A fine wine
of personality, grace and elegance.
The
IWSC - Silver Best in Class 2007. OLN Awards 2006 and 2007-
selected in Top 100 New Wave Spanish Wines
