| Selected,
hand-picked Tempranillo
grapes, aged 2 years in oak casks (80% American, 20% French)
and 18 months in bottle. Dark cherry with purple touches,
a fine bouquet of classic hints of black pepper, toasted,
mature berry fruit, spice, balsamic and vanilla undertones.
Powerful and elegant in the mouth, the additional ageing in
both oak and bottle has resulted in a wine of great depth,
great richness of fruit, intensity and maturity of flavours
with well defined and pleasant overtones of oak and silky
tannins. A very long complex and spicey finish. Limited production.
